   1. Independently lead the design, development, and research of pharmaceutical formulations. This includes formulation design, screening, process optimization, stability studies, pilot-scale scale-up, and providing technical support for related formulation research;

   2. Focus on resolving formulation and process-related issues that arise during R&D. Organize and coordinate team efforts to tackle technical challenges for major project issues;

   3. Responsible for organizing and reviewing formulation research-related documents for regulatory submissions.

   ◎Job Requirements:

  Quality Assurance Manager

   ◎Responsibilities:

   1. Establish and improve the Quality Management System for the R&D Center and early clinical studies, ensuring stable enhancement of quality in new drug development and early clinical trial operations;

   2. Develop audit and supervision plans according to project progress, and conduct regular or for-cause audits to ensure the authenticity and reliability of trial data; Perform audits on trial documents, investigational materials, and trial sites following audit procedures; Complete audit report writing, propose corrective suggestions and preventive measures based on audit findings, and track the implementation of corrective actions;

   3. Maintain the R&D system, including training, regulatory implementation, feedback optimization, etc.; Supervise, inspect, coordinate, and manage the company's R&D processes, sites, records, data, and outcomes; Review the qualifications of suppliers and partners.
